General Guidelines

Participants must report to the venue on or before 9:30 AM.
Report at least 30 minutes before the performance.
Carry a valid ID card.

Follow backstage instructions provided by organizers.
Maintain discipline throughout the event.
Each participant/team must adhere to the 3-minute performance limit.
Registration fees are non-refundable.
