General Guidelines

Participants must report to the venue on or before 9:30 AM.
Report to the venue at least 45 minutes before the scheduled performance.
Carry a valid ID card and registration confirmation.
Bands must ensure all members are present before the performance.
Participants should bring personal instruments if required.
Follow the instructions of the event coordinators and technical team.
Maintain professionalism and respect fellow performers.
Each band will be allotted 10 minutes for setup and 10 minutes for performance.
Exceeding the allotted time may result in point deductions or disqualification.
Registration fees are non-refundable.

Rules & Regulations

Only registered band members are permitted to perform.
Each band must perform within the allotted time limit.
Offensive language or inappropriate performances are strictly prohibited.
Sound checks must be completed within the assigned schedule.
Judges' decisions shall be final.
The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the event schedule if required.
