General Guidelines

  • Follow the instructions provided by the moderators and event officials.

Rules & Regulations

  • Participants must speak only on the assigned topic.
  • Personal attacks, offensive language, or inappropriate remarks are strictly prohibited.
  • Exceeding the allotted speaking time may attract penalties.
  • Judges' decisions regarding scoring and results shall be final.
  • The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the event format if required.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable.
