General Guidelines

  • Participants must report to the venue on or before 9:30 AM.
  • Report to the venue at least 30 minutes before your match.
  • Bring your own badminton racket and appropriate sports shoes.
  • Carry a valid ID card.
  • Respect officials, opponents, and fellow participants.
  • Follow court allocation and match schedules.
  • Warm up before entering the court.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable.

Rules & Regulations

  • Only registered doubles pairs are permitted to compete.
  • Standard badminton rules shall apply.
  • Match timings must be strictly followed.
  • Unsportsmanlike behaviour may result in disqualification.
  • Umpires' decisions are final.
  • The organizing committee may modify the fixture schedule if necessary.
